Accessible Travel: How I Can Help

I am excited to announce that I have completed my certification with Special Needs Group and am now a Certified Accessible Travel Advocate®. This means I am able to meet the requests of those with special needs or mobility challenges, including arranging for rentals of mobility equipment, oxygen, and other special needs equipment.

I believe that travel should be for everyone, and as someone with a chronic illness myself, I know that traveling with medical conditions and special needs can be challenging and stressful. I am committed to helping all of my clients have the best possible experience while they travel, and this certification will help me reach that goal.

Here are some of the ways I can help:

  • Research and find the best hotel and room type that meets your accessibility requirements

  • Arrange for rentals of mobility equipment, oxygen, and other special needs equipment

  • Help you choose the best cruise line for you and make sure you have the equipment and accommodations you need

  • Provide assistance in accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies
